Three focused weeks, mostly remote — built around your schedule, not disrupting it. You're hands-on for roughly three short calls; everything else happens on our side.
Week 1 — Kickoff & leak hunt
A working call to walk through a normal week — your tools, your team, your workflow, where the pain is. We map every manual touchpoint and surface your top leaks by cost.
Week 2 — Plan sign-off & build
You pick the priority; we build to your decision. The automation is built inside your existing tools — typically an n8n workflow wired to your email, sheets, and calendar — and tested against real scenarios from your business.
Week 3 — Live testing & handoff

The written playbook covers basic troubleshooting, and the 30-day check-in gives you a window to flag anything off. For ongoing maintenance we offer a separate support package — but many clients run the system independently without it.
Yes. The sprint is almost entirely remote — the calls are video and the build work is done online. If you're in the GTA or Southern Ontario and want an on-site component, we can discuss it. Outside that region is fully remote.
